I suffer from white coat syndrome so I was very nervous about going. As soon as I talked to the receptionist I was immediately welcomed warmly. All the ladies were very nice. I saw Dr. Reeli and she is hands down a wonderful woman and was very thorough with my concerns. Definitely recommend getting seen by this clinic!
My experience was wonderful! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. I felt completely as ease which is rare when getting a full body skin check! The medical assistant was super nice and Reeli Reina made the entire visit easy and anxiety free! She was extremely professional and explained everything as she was doing it. I would highly recommended this office and especially Reeli!
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating from check in to check out. When I pulled in for my appointment, I realized there wasn’t anywhere to park, so I called the front office (or so I thought). I had actually called the location on Woodruff Road. I explained to the lady at the front that I was running behind because I couldn’t find a place to park, and she told me that was odd because their office was very dead and slow today. I then confirmed the address, and it wasn’t 26 Roper Mountain Road. To me, that speaks volumes seeing how busy the smaller location was. I see Reeli Reinu, and she explains everything in a way that just makes sense; she listens, understands, and really cares for her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone.
While I like the PA’s and believe them to be competent, the follow up can certainly be improved (actual doctors are scarce in this particular practice so we typically see PA’s). On my most recent visit I needed a prescription and a referral. My RX was sent to the wrong pharmacy even after I confirmed with the nurse that she had updated my pharmacy to the new one. I also didn’t receive the referral. Lastly when calling in to discuss these issues, no one would answer. After 3 calls (& holding!) someone finally answered (under staffed?). I explained the situation and the person asked me questions. However, she continually talked over me making the conversation very difficult. After requesting that she allow me to answer, we finally started having a 2-way exchange which went smoother. Not impressed at all with this national corporation’s support staff on my last visit. Hopefully they will improve. Note: Not a good idea to ask customers to leave a positive review if they don’t provide a positive experience.
Very impressed with this team. My P.A. looked me in the eye when meeting me for the first time and shook my hand. She listened to me and was very respectful. Went in as a follow up for cellulitis and hope I don't have to go back, but if I do get a recurrence, I'll feel confident with her care. The support team was very pleasant as well.
