Had a burning electrical smell inside my house. I then heard a loud popping sound from my air handler and the breaker blew. I called Air Conditioning Repair Cape Coral after hours at 7pm and left a message. I received a call back right away and had a technician at my house in under an hour. The technician was able to diagnose the issue and made the repair which ended up being a wiring issue. Domenic was the technician. He was super friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the fast and professional service. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Read the one star reviews. They are spot on with what you will get doing business with air conditioner repair of Cape Coral The owner, Charlie is highly unprofessional, a bully, and even vulgar with the language he use uses towards customers. Do not use this company They require upfront online payment Before they were even come out. Their service fee is the highest that I’ve seen anywhere. Their prices are significantly higher than all other HVAC companies. They charge high diagnostic fees as well as repair fees I will share with you my experience. The Home I purchased had a AC system that was previously installed by them so when it failed, I called them to come out. They charged over $10,000 To install a brand new system that they said was required. It was a Ruud. Over the first year an and half. They had to come back 8 times for system failures and charged a service fee and labor fee. Their workmanship was shotty. The drain line that they installed was poor and had to be replaced. They quoted $1200 to replace the PVC piping I purchased the parts for less than $20 and completed the job to code myself within 30 minutes The brand new air handler needed the coil replaced. They quoted $1600 for the labor. Another Ruud certified company did the job for $400. Bottom line they installed the system and repeatedly charged for service visits and repairs that were necessary due to their workmanship. They attempt to enforce The use of only their service and parts or risk in validation of warranty. This gives them carte blanche to charge whatever they want and hold you over a barrel In the end, the owner, Charlie becomes extremely aggressive And threatening You will be left with no choice, but to drop them And find somebody else to do the work. Run away from these guys A follow up to their response: Charlie called me a “pussy” and claimed I was hiding behind my wife. Clearly not reflecting their response. Their claim of unreasonable requests were those to fix the multiple failures of the system they installed less than 2 years ago. My request for Charlie to contact the manufacturer Ruud for replacement units was met with aggressive response. Never will any company replace units. In any business whatsoever not just HVAC. He wasn’t even will to contact Rudd. When I told him that I would myself and inform Ruud of his poor representation of their product, he cursed more severely They declined my service because I sought the repair opinion of another company. Nothing more. I have the text message to prove it.

Dominic was fine. I have a beef w company. And will talk to owner Uv drain drip recently installed by this group -not working. Causing major headaches and ruined parts of air handler which this company now wants payment to fix Poor performance on all issues

Air Conditioning Repair responded promptly when we called. The gentleman helping us was very professional and knowledgeable. Their customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone needed any air conditioning services.
