Our AC stopped working on a super hot day. Called and was able to be serviced same day within 2 hours ! We are back up and running! Gave suggestions to look into in the future to maintain our unit and over the moon happy with the Tech. Super friendly knowledgeable and respectful! 10/10 would recommend!!
“Air Necessity” of the Ft Myers Fl area changed out our complete ducting that had problems associated with improper installation when home was built and fixed items on the A/C units that did not receive proper attention from previous service company. The technicians were very experienced, hard working and friendly. Every part of the service was explained and backed up with video and photos of work performed. “Air Necessity” is a smaller, locally owned company (a good thing) and was recommended to us. We are very grateful that we used them to fix our HVAC system and look forward to using them for our regular service needs!

So far, my experience with Air Necessities has been fantastic. I needed to bump up my new service call shortly after purchasing our home because the house was not cooling down like it should’ve been. They came the next day, found the problem (cracked coil) and the solution (several options for repair or replace) and we will have a healthy, working system within 3 days! Faye and Sara have been lovely to work with and based on the technicians concerns for the care of my home even though I wasn’t there, I would say that’s great service!
Air Necessity went above and beyond the call of duty to install a major part on my mini-split A/C to keep my lanai cool for my kitties. The empathy and understanding shown by this company for a homeowner's concern for the well-being of her pets is absolutely commendable.
