This restaurant is very lovely. The food is really good, especially the steaks. There is live singing, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Will be returning.
An incredible experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, with authentic Argentine flavors and generous portions. The meat was cooked to perfection, the empanadas were delicious, and the desserts were excellent. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and always paying attention to every detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Without a doubt, one of the best Argentine restaurants I have ever visited. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!
We had a great time at Asador Patagonia! The food and service were both excellent. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. Entertainment wise, it was a bit quiet during our visit. The TVs were only showing the restaurant’s own advertisements, which didn’t add much to the vibe. A DJ did arrive later in the evening, but unfortunately, we didn’t get to hear any music before we left. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely return. Hopefully next time we’ll get to catch the DJ in action!
This place used to be much better. I have been a customer of this restaurant for several years. This past weekend, we returned and discovered that the restaurant has implemented new policies, even though it still has the same owners. I was told that I can no longer substitute side items on my plate. For example, the salmon only comes with vegetables, and since I don't like vegetables, I asked if I could substitute them with rice. I was told that substitutions are not allowed. I find this policy extremely unreasonable. Rice is not an expensive item, and I simply wanted to replace something I don't like with something I do. I don't understand why customers are forced to receive and pay for items they won't eat. I couldn't even order the Parilla because of the same issue. I have never been to a restaurant that offers no flexibility whatsoever with side dishes. I even spoke with the owner's son, who is supposedly a manager, and he did not seem concerned about the issue. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this restaurant to others.
Spotted this place while I was in the Royal Palm area and was surprised to see an Argentinian restaurant here. Decided to give it a try. It was pretty packed, but we got seated quickly. Staff was friendly and took time to walk us through the menu, which was nice.Unfortunately, the food took over an hour to come out, and when it did, part of the steak and the chorizo were burnt from the hot charcoal pot they serve it in. On top of that, our waitress kind of forgot about us we had to flag her down a few times.Prices are definitely on the higher end, not what you’d expect from a typical Argentinian spot. The restaurant itself is spacious and has both indoor and outdoor seating, plus parking’s easy since it’s inside a hotel.Overall, not a place I’d return to. More of a one-and-done experience for me.
