We purchased our home in September. It was renovated after Ian. The tub in one of our bathrooms has always drained slowly then eventually stopped draining at all. We set up an appointment with Avis, quickly, and we do not regret it at all! We were notified when the tech was 10 minutes out! He arrived on time and within the window we were told! NOAH, introduced himself and immediately got to work! Noah actually had to cut a hole in the closet wall to access the pipe with the clog. He explained everything to me before hand. Noah was able to unclog the pipe and he actually went above and beyond anything I expected. He cleaned the tub, replaced hardware we had taken off, sealed off the access point in the wall and cleaned the debri! I didn’t expect any of that… he’s a plumber! The price was beyond fair, response time faster than expected, and the repair quality was above par!! Thank you Noah and Avis for the excellent work performed!! If recommend Noah and Avis to anyone needing basic plumbing work done!!!
I needed the plunger in my bathroom sink replaced. The part was not on the truck, or in the shop. Joe went to Home Depot and returned promptly and got the job done. He was very pleasant and I would request him in the future. I always use Avis for my plumbing needs! Thanks for being the best in the town Brian!
Our rental house had a leak in the wall. Elmer came out after hours and got the 3 leaking pipes replaced. Was clean and timely. Tenants were happy! A couple weeks later now Johnny came out to our home to perform AC maintenance. Very thorough. A great company over all for any of your plumbing and AC needs. Both were very professional and kind.
We've had Avis for several years at Colonial Country Club. Once again, we had a main water line leak into one of our buildings. I called at 6:00pm and they called back at 7:45am the next day. They arrived at 9:45am and the leak was repaired by 2:30pm. Outstanding customer service, second to none. Thxs Avis. President, G.L #1.
We had duct work done in our attic. Avis was recommended by manager @TBC where we have timeshares; thus, called, appointment. The team (Johnny and Mike V) came. Work well as a team; they feed off each other, a pleasure to observe. They work flawlessly, each feeding off one snother. Obviously both experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. The handler was moved, duct work replaced. Bottom line, NO MESS. For 2 days, our garage was their temp workshop. Not a speck left. One would have thought a cleaning crew did the job. Can't express enough of our gratitude to Avis and their team sent.
