These guys consistently provide me fast and quality service! They put up with my on the fly schedule changes and always do their very best to accommodate me. They are also excellent with communication and mindful with coordination of placement We often , quite literally, could not get the job done without them! Highly recommend
We have used their services numerous times now and they have always delivered on time and their customer service has been extremely helpful if any issues ever occurred. I highly recommend them and will be using them for our future projects.
We are doing a job in downtown Norfolk and needed a dumpster company to receive live loads of trash from the crane we had onsite. This was a job had to be outside of normal business hours and they were able to accommodate us with no issues.
Royal Flush / Back Bay Boxes provided the worst customer service experience. Their team lacked proper training and could not resolve issues when we were in a bind. We pre-paid for our event and they refused to adjust the delivery date or issue a refund despite circumstances beyond our control. This is a people business. A little understanding and flexibility would foster long term customer relationships in such a competitive market. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
This is my first time renting a dumpster. I called and the dumpster was delivered quickly. Will be using this company again.
