Jhanalyn was always available to answer questions or concerns I had. Dina was very efficient and was on top of everything. They were always respectful and professional. They were extraordinarily patient when I didn’t understand or wasn’t sure of anything. They took the time to discuss matters patiently and went over and beyond any firm I worked with. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! This is MY experience. First of all you'll never hear from the attorney until 2 weeks before your hearing. He'll go over some questions, he tells you to answer yes or no. Hearing day: I had a phone hearing. The attorney was not prepared with my medical records my doctors office was waiting on payment to release them they took too long so the attorney didn't have it, because of that he couldn't do an opening statement for me. It's like he didn't even review my case.The judge was in shock that I wasn't having an opening statement. The judge had to ask me more questions than usual none of them were yes or no answers like he said. I literally had to take over to prove my case because it looked like he didn't even know who l was. I'm not even going to talk about the secretary Jhenna she barely picks up the phone. Tami doesn't answer emails. I've NEVER spoken to Tami on the phone. I feel like they don't even have an office it feels like each of them work from home I could be wrong but it's so weird. I mean very unprofessional and unorganized. This is MY experience. The people that gave 5 stars are paid actors. This firm is like a flip of a coin it can go bad or good due to the reviews. For me I got the tail. This firm is like a mess around and find out type of situation. Don't say no one warned you. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Look at the one stars they are telling the truth. Update: I spoke to the office manager she said she’ll email her email info so I can communicate straight with her she never sent it. She also confirmed they do work from home. I tried calling Jhena today for an update and as usual no answer. So I decided to call ssi by myself and found out I was approved. Too bad they’ll be getting paid I don’t think they deserve it honestly. I could have represented myself.. Omg I just read a review about him on yelp and it says he throws away clients info in the garbage at target (allegedly). They do work from home sooo.. If I had known he worked from home I would have never hired him. Your whole life, addresses, ect is exposed in other peoples houses and then possibly thrown in shopping centers garbage can. The unprofessionalism of his staff not picking up the phones not calling you back not responding to emails was what gave me a clue that they worked from home. In a professional setting this doesn’t happen. 😳😳😱🤯
