We bought locks that unknowingly didn’t fit two of our doors, and had a friend try to install them for us. Needless to say, after cutting all the holes in the door and doorframe is when we discovered they wouldn’t work. Got a hold of Ryan and he fit us into his schedule to see if he could fix our mess. Not only was he great at letting us know when he would be there but did a very professional and efficient job of fixing our problem, at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to recommend him for your lock needs.
Ryan installed two Schlage Encode Plus deadbolt locks to replace our 20+ year old locks. He came out to estimate the job, gave us options for replacement, returned for installation and setup and promptly responded to texts when we had questions. He was very responsive when we had intermittent WiFi connection issues and pointed us to the solution. We have highly recommended him to our neighbors. Great job, fair price and excellent service after installation!
Contacted Ryan for help with reprogramming a key fob. He did one for me a few years ago and did a great job but said he's now too busy to do Automotive work. He referred me to Dean and Jesse at Naples Locksmith and they were quick to respond and provided excellent advice and service. Would definitely use both Bonita Beach and Naples Locksmiths.
So thankful I found Ryan. He's a great guy and came same day to re-key my whole house the same and install key pad locks. Went the extra mile to make sure all hardware was working and lubricated. Super fast, in and out in 1.5 hours and very fair on price. This is your guy.
