After reading several of the reviews, I was hesitant to contact his office. My experience is completely the opposite of those negative postings. I was able to work with AJ Jones who helped me establish a new trust for my account. The required paperwork was extensive but she patiently walked me through the process and provided important explanations. She happily provided complete copies of all of my revised documents. She even created a separate packet for future use of trust related information that would likely be required by other financial institutions. Her effort was above and beyond my expectations and greatly appreciated . During this process, I interacted with a couple other staff members who were also very responsive and helpful. I look forward to interacting with them again. Thanks for the help. Will S.

We tried to get some forms notarized for depositing paper savings bonds. The attendant at Schwab said they only notarize Schwab documents and wouldn't notarize these government documents. Fortunately, we also have an account at Fidelity. We went across the street and they notarized them without complaint. 2 stars because they had air conditioning and they weren't rude about it.

I was given wrong information by a charles schwab worker after setting up an account online. I went to go deposit cash and a check and The man on the left side of counter was slightly rude to me. Guess im not the demographic they like. I was told I couldn't deposit any cash and a check had to be over 100 if deposited. I basically wasted my time coming here. Probably wont come back either. Customer service is important and that dude was rude

Came into the office the office around 11am on Thursday was told the person I need to see was not in the office and I would receive a call back within 24hrs never received a call back also the 5th ave location didn't have anyone available either and refered me togo to the pine ridge location

I can not get a return call from my local agent. Person spoken to on the phone out of state was fine.
