Morley was such a gracious host during our un-announced visit. We were blown away at the studio's features and capabilities for artists of all levels - from complete beginning to expert, and even the well-stocked store of pottery supplies. On top of this, the art for sale from the resident artisans is off the charts amazing, and priced as a great value. We will be back and hope to become regulars. Thanks Morley for being such a gracious host and so generous with your time and information!
Super friendly team and environment, working with one of the seasoned artists on a custom piece and it has been fantastic so far! Looking forward to spending more time taking a class in the future.
This is my happy place. The energy is so supportive and uplifting. Sara, Bri and Morley made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped foot into the studio. I took a Beginners Pottery Wheel class with Bri and had a blast. She is a wonderful teacher who makes the process easy and fun. I am now hooked. I cannot stop thinking about when I can get into the studio next, what glazes I am going to try and what new things I am going to learn. My first 2 pieces were just beautiful with Bri’s guidance. I am going back today to sign up for studio time and a Hand-Building Class. If you are looking for a welcoming studio to be creative and practice being present in the joy of the moment, Clay More Ceramics is your place!
This store is filled with talented people who share tips, tricks, and advice from the most basic beginner to someone that has experience. They have an amazing selection of products, are friendly to all, and host many classes! Do not hesitate to visit it is filled with artists with passion!
I had the wonderful opportunity to teach at this studio back in January this past year and cannot say enough about how wonderful this place, space and the people are! I was welcomed with such open arms and treated SO well by every person on staff and in the community at Claymore. Sara Wilson and her husband Doug are such lovely people and extremely easy to be around. They are so down to earth, generous and on top of it. The space was set up very well and the way they hosted me for this workshop was just outstanding. I felt like every student was set up for success with their individual work stations. I look forward to going back to this awesome place for a visit or to teach in the future! If your looking for a studio to visit or take a class in Naples, this is the spot!
