Integrity, responsiveness, quality service and fair pricing is what you can expect from Cool Experts. The latest event caught us unexpectedly last Friday around midnight. First thing on Saturday morning, I called Miro and he was at our place that evening at 6pm to determine what was required to fix the issue. Two days later, on Monday morning, he had the parts ordered and ready for pick-up. Samir came early that afternoon to install a new motor. No upselling. No hard sales tactics. Just honest and hardworking folks. This is how Cool Experts differentiates themselves from many others, as this level of engagement and responsiveness is hard to find these days. Miro and Samir have us covered each time we need service. We have been using their service for many years now and recommend them completely and without reservation.

Honest, prompt, expert service at a fair price. We are new to the area and the bigger companies we tried always push replacement. Miro and Samir keep us going with no hard sell tactics. When we do replace our unit we will use Cool Experts to do the work.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Just had our AC fixed by Miro with cool experts .He provided quick and amazing service. Highly recommend this company. The price to fix was way less than we expected

We were referred to this company by a friend who used them. They came out to do a routine annual maintenance and found our compressor was down due to a rat chewing through a wire. They fixed the problem and did a thorough cleaning and maintenance of our system at a reasonable price. Would recommend them to anybody.
