Our Mom and younger brother passed and we wanted to combine their ashes in a meaningful way. Miss Joann really worked with our vision and gave us the most lovely heartfelt glass keepsakes. We were able to give some to our other family members and I swear we could feel the healing begin as we shared our memories with our gorgeous timeless glass keepsakes.
We want to sincerely thank Joann for everything she did to help our family through the planning of Granny’s funeral and service. During such a difficult time, she was compassionate, patient, professional, and truly caring every step of the way. She helped make the process much easier on our family and made sure every detail was handled with respect and care. Her kindness and support meant more to us than words can express. We are incredibly grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her to anyone needing someone who genuinely cares during one of life’s hardest moments.
Could not have asked for a better company for cremation. The pricing is the most affordable in town. They kept in touch on a regular basis to make sure not only that I was ok but to update me on the progress. They even did our Obituary online for us. If you’re in Greenville or the UpState I promise you this is the place to go. The speed of which they made sure my loved one did not go into a morgue and was brought here instead to keep her dignity meant the world to our family.
Excellent compassionate services were provided by Cremation Society of SC-Westville on both occasions. My parents each passed this year within 10months of each other, so a smooth process was important. I had also used CSoSC -West in 2012 upon my brother's passing, and was pleased then. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
I cannot begin to say how much I appreciated the staff at Westville. Kind, caring, and sensitive to our needs. They exceeded all expectations and will definitely use them again if needed. My Giordano was especially compassionate.
