Can't go wrong with a Culvers. Have yet to have a bad experience at one. This one specifically has outstanding customer service. This location inside and out is very clean. Came after the lunch rush and food came out fast and hot. Bathrooms also are extremely clean. Great place
Since our original Valentine’s Day plans didn’t work out, this was a good substitute. They actually had a chopped steak dinner and it was delicious. Staff always has good attitudes and love the wholesome music inside. Thank you for rescuing our Valentine’s Day.
Wonderful new location with super friendly staff, clean store, and if you miss the church crowd on Sunday, quiet environment! We frequent Culver’s, this location made some of the best food we’ve had.
My wife went through the drive-through and once she got home with our food, my nine-year-old granddaughter‘s chicken sandwich was totally made wrong. We had ordered a regular chicken sandwich with mustard and pickles. When we open the sandwich, it was spicy had lettuce, tomato and Mayonnaise. My wife took the top piece of the bread, which had mayonnaise on it and gave my granddaughter her bun that did not have mayonnaise on it. Then when we realized she had spicy and did not like spicy, she went back to Culver’s to talk to them about getting a replacement sandwich and they told her because she did not bring the sandwich back, which had been partially eaten eaten they could not replace it. My wife called me and told me she was headed to Chick-fil-A to buy my granddaughter a chicken sandwich for her dinner. I called and spoke with Josh the owner of this restaurant and he told me that was their rules. I told him that she had partially eaten the sandwich and we just did not bring it and he said that’s their rules. I told him in the approximately six months that that store had been opened, I had probably spent over $600 in his restaurant and he should be able to check and see that I’ve never returned anything. I think this is a poor example of customer service and yes, maybe I should’ve sent the sandwich back. He also explained that their new recipe for the regular chicken sandwich is spicy and then there is a spicy so they really do not have a regular chicken sandwich any longer being a Culver’s customer for many years I found this to be very discouraging. Customer service was very poor tonight and I know losing one customer will not matter, but if they don’t improve their service, they will be losing more. I’m sure The cost of customer acquisitions is a lot more than one chicken sandwich. Thank you for listening
I love Culver’s seafood but today we decided to step out of our comfort zone. We ordered the Rueben sandwich. So disappointed. The bread was burnt on the bottom. First time I got it to go. The whole sandwich tasted awful but I was already home before I discovered it. If you want a good Rueben sandwich go to Jason’s deli near the mall.
