This place is absolutely LEGIT. No frills, no gimmicks - just ridiculously good Mexican seafood that punches you in the face with flavor from the first bite. The kind of spot where you know the food is going to be good before you even sit down. The ceviche was insanely fresh and loaded with flavor. The homemade chips had the perfect crunch, and the BSOD (“Black Sauce of Death”) absolutely lives up to the name in the best possible way. Spicy, smoky, addictive… I’m still thinking about it. Da OG Tostada was probably my favorite bite of the meal. Blue crab spread + ceviche + avocado = game over. Every layer worked perfectly together and somehow disappeared way too fast. And the steak tacos? Straight fire. Tender arrachera, fresh pico, crunchy cabbage, and packed with flavor without trying too hard. Simple and perfect. This is the kind of place you tell your friends about immediately… while secretly hoping it doesn’t get TOO popular.

Stopped by around 5pm and the place was empty. Greeted by a nice friendly gentleman at the cashier. The vibe was definitely cool, open air comfortble place with seating outside. I ordered a Cabo and steak taco to go. Shortly my ordered arrived neatly packed along with napkin and plastic utensils. I opened the first box and was amazed how the Cabo taco looked. Packed with beef, shrimp avocado and salsa along with a container of sauce. The first bite was heaven! The tortillas was cooked perfectly and held the topping intact allowing a big scrumptious bite. Next was the 2 steak taco stuffed with beef, cheese, tomato with a lime wedge. It was spectacular. I'm from CA and know good Mexican food. This place is the bomb. Will try the ceviche next!

Love this place - have been there three times over the past four years, and it’s amazing every time. Ceviche itself is great, but ceviche with Mexican flavors is sublime. The beer-battered fish tacos are some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The tostadas are a must try. Really, you can’t go wrong here.

Their food is really good. It tastes just as if you were in Mexico. However, the time it takes to get it ... I'm sure it they can improve but it shouldn't take +30 minutes for a ceviche. When I asked to cancel my order, the cashier caught attitude. They had not even started on my order and I needed to leave. They didnt cancel my order They just gave me the order of another customer. You can eat inside or outside. If you choose outside be ready for pigeons, flies and chickens to be running around you. Parking is an issue since its very limited. You can park on the other side of the jujitsu studio but you run into the risk of getting towed away.

After ordering at the counter, you find a seat wherever you can. Inside is fairly small and kind of smells like cleaning products. The door is open pigeons get stuck inside and flies come in and out. Outside is worse. You're eating next to a fairly busy road and next to an auto shop. Flies are constantly swarming you as you eat. It was kind of smelly too. We ordered a steak taco, 2 tostadas de atún, a gobernador de camaron, and the grilled shrimp special. The steak taco came out first and the meat was quite chewy. Then the quesadilla came out next. The flavor was good and the shrimp was cooked nicely, but the sauce was fairly salty. The grilled shrimp was cooked well but the sauce was SOOO salty; it was genuinely almost too salty to eat. And then lastly, the tostadas... You would think something that doesn't need to be cooked would come out first, but no—it took the longest 😩. I wanted to be patient since they seemed quite understaffed for the amount of patrons eating and it's a small local business after all. However, no one came to check on us the whole time. The table next to us had updates and people coming by to ask how they were doing and to update them on their orders multiple times. Many tables around is got their orders, finished eating, and left in the time we were waiting for this one dish. We went in to ask if our tostadas were coming out soon and they apologized and asked for patience because they only have one grill in the kitchen. I don't think anything on the tostada needed to be cooked so I'm not sure if that was relevant to my order. There were other tostadas/ceviches coming out during this time as well. Eventually after 40 minutes—long after the rest of my group had finished eating—we asked again, since we were in a bit of a rush to catch the bus. They apologized and gave us our tostadas with some extra shells. I really dislike speaking poorly about service in these situations but this overall experience left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. The only redeeming feature was that the tostada was pretty good, especially the blue crab. The price was great for the portion and the fish seemed good quality. Would I come back again? Maybe to another location to give it another chance. I was definitely left disappointed 😔.
