My experience at Smile Dental with Danielle in Feb/March for dental cleaning was good, Danielle is a good hygienist and I would want her to continue to be my dental cleaning lady, However, I had an emergency situation with my air conditioner today that caused me To have to reschedule my appt, the front office receptionist and manager were unwilling to work with me regarding this situation they would not accept my rescheduling without charging me a rescheduling fee of $77. Not acceptable. In my opinion these people are heartless! I'm quite sure they would not pay any cancellation fees to any company they do business with if they had an emergency situation like the one I had let alone A Rescheduled fee! This is gauging the customer on all levels. Additionally, they did work on my husband teeth without letting him know that they were no longer doing business with his insurance provider, this caused him to pay unnecessary bills that would have been covered by his insurance provider! Unfortunately he had to find another dentist because he could not trust they would be honorable. I am waiting for a call from the owner Doctor Samantha to review my issue.

Our family just became new patients at Dr. Andisco’s office, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire experience! From the moment we walked in, the whole staff made me, my husband, and our daughter feel so welcome and comfortable. The office has such a relaxed, friendly vibe — you can tell right away that everyone truly cares about their patients. Dr. Andisco is fantastic — knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly passionate about providing excellent dental care. The hygienists, Danielle and George, were both amazing with our whole family, taking time to explain everything and making sure we all felt at ease. It’s such a relief to find a dental office that combines genuine warmth with top-notch professionalism. We’re so happy to have found our new family dentist — highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring, expert, and welcoming dental team! 🦷💙

First time taking my 4 year old daughter in for a check up, the office was super clean, staff was welcoming and we even got a tour of the entire office showing us where everything is! Lindsay was awesome and very experienced and really made my daughter feel comfortable. Overall great experience and will be back and will definitely recommend to all our friends!

As everyone knows, nobody likes going to the dentist.But, my experience was actually enjoyable. Dr. Samanta Andisco fixed a chip in my tooth expertly and Danielle who did a periodontal scaling on me to perfection is absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Samanta Andisco is the most kind and gentle dentist I’ve ever encountered! After years of bad experiences with other local dentists, I was lucky enough to find her! My family and I are patients for life! She and her staff are amazing!
