I texted early on a Sunday morning because my dog's collar was beeping constantly and I wanted to know how to stop it. Chris answered almost immediately and asked me a few questions. It wasn't something I could fix, so he set an appointment to come out the very next day. He replaced the 20 year old receiver under warranty, no charge for the service call! This isn't the first time I have needed to contact him and gotten a quick response. So great service with a smile!
We are so happy with our dog Trooper's electric fencing. Chris was great to work with; he did a fantastic job explaining everything to us and helping train Trooper to "make good choices :)". I have to admit I was a little concerned about using an electric fence for my dog, but I am so glad we did now. Everyone's life is better for having it, especially our dog's!!
Great experience with DogWatch! While we were out of town, we had a concern with our dog’s collar and called Chris. He responded immediately, went out right away, and reassured us everything was working properly. He was kind, prompt, and professional, and the system has been very reliable. Highly recommend!
Chris was responsive, professional, and had my fence installed very quickly. Plus he worked with the dog to make sure I knew how to train him. Would recommend.
