I was very pleased with the installation of my new furnace and AC. It was done as quickly as possible and the two technicians were quiet and cleaned everything up so you did not even know that anyone have installed a new unit. They also explained how the system worked and how and when to change filters. It was a first time calling Randall Heating and Cooling, but we would use them again.

I decided to go for Randall Heating and Cooling company after many competitive quotes for the replacement of my Air Conditioner that had become old. The technicians who worked on the AC were very knowledgeable, efficient, hardworking and professional from the initial sales meeting to the end of the installation. Everything was delivered and installed as promised. I will highly recommend Randall Heating and Cooling services to my friends.

Our Furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning. I decided to call Randall Heating and Cooling on a few recommendations. They called back and were upfront with rates due to the weekend. They were out in a few hours after that to access what was needed. We needed a new motor. The technician was able to get us going until the next day when they came back out to install a new motor. The whole experience was satisfying. I would definitely use Randall Heating and Cooling in the future.
