These guys are the best for so many reasons! We saw them installing a neighbors fence and liked the look so much that we just walked over and asked if they could take a look at what we wanted and consider putting us on the schedule. Johnny was so kind to take time to come over to listen to what we needed and take a look. He explained everything to us so thoroughly that we immediately said yes and asked for the quote. It came promptly a bit later and I approved to be put on the schedule. They found an opening in their schedule and informed us. On the day, John and team showed up ready to work. They had our project finished quickly and exactly to what we expected. They were also patient with us in answering all our questions as they progressed on the work. The finished product was perfect and beautiful exactly as was described and we had hoped. When we're ready to do more, we will absolutely be contacting 3rd coast developers to perform that work.

Wow wow we are so so happy that we called 3rd Coast Developers to do our stone columns and install our gate! When I came from work I wanted to cry I was so happy about our knew entrance to our home! We picked a wonderful company and we want to thank Mr. John and Mr. Jime and his team what a amazing fantastic job! We will be calling you’ll for more projects soon!😁🙏🏽🙏🏽😁❤️

John and the team at 3rd Coast Developers did fantastic work! I highly recommend them. My project took several months, but it was worth the wait for the cost savings and quality of work. My fence was torn down during hurricane Beryl. I could have replaced it with a cedar fence like the rest of my neighbors, but those would have rotted away in less than 5 years. I consulted with 3rd Coast and they gave me lots of options to consider. I decided on going on full aluminum, and 3rd Coast Developers quoted a very good price. Important note for future readers: depending on the project, it can take a long time for materials to arrive but it is worth the wait. Also keep in mind that prices are going to change with all of the geo-political events going on as of early 2025. I was fortunate enough to have neighbors who were also patient to wait for the fence to arrive and luckily had the materials arrive before the price increase took effect. John and team were very flexible around my schedule. As we got closer to install date, John kept up with communications. John was on site to check on the progress and was very open in communicating everything that was going on. Even for the small obstacles, John would call to check my thoughts before making any decision. The crew did an amazing job and came back to fix any minor issues. Overall, John and 3rd Coast Developers is a very good company to work with, and you can read the other reviews that say the same. I will definitely be returning for future projects I have in mind.

I am so happy with my new gate! Its not only beautiful but its easy to operate, has a safety guard for extra security and Johnny and John are responsive and a pleasure to work with. So happy with my decision to hire 3rd Coast Developers!

3rd Coast crew did a wonderful job installing our custom aluminum pergola. They were fast and professional while addressing any concerns we had for the project. John was very informative and walked us through the entire process from design to install. While the pergola took a few weeks to get built, it was well worth the wait for the quality of the product we received. I highly recommend using 3rd Coast for any aluminum projects!
