We recently had Fine Coats carry out the external decoration on our property and couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the team were professional, thorough, and clearly took real pride in their work. What stood out most was their attention to detail. They didn't just paint and move on. They actively identified issues that could have led to serious and expensive damage down the line, including deteriorating wooden windows that were at risk of rotting. They flagged these problems and sorted them properly before applying the finish, which gave us real peace of mind - at no extra cost. The end result looks fantastic, but more importantly, we know the building is properly protected. Highly recommended. Brilliant work, great communication, and they went above and beyond. We'll definitely be using them again.

Not often at all that I leave reviews but I wanted to help this local company reach more people. I actually came across Jack and his Team at Fine Coats through some independent Google searches and his feedback to date. From first contact, to first initial no obligation quote I could tell that Jack was a good one. Professional, knowledgeable and just a nice guy. I went ahead with a full two bed paint and decorate refurb and I am over the moon with the results. I had a vision in my mind and I'm not the best person to describe things but Jack and his Team worked tirelessly for two weeks to bring my vision to reality. Nothing was too much and as always there were tweeks along the way which Jack and the Team adjusted to without question. I can't thank them enough for my new look new home, and if you have any doubts regarding choosing a local decorating firm, then please let this feedback diminish those doubts and get them on board. Thank you Jack and Team at Fine Coats!

Jack from Fine Coats Ltd was brilliant from the first enquiry. He was quick to respond to messages and questions and we booked a date in with ease. The paintwork was covered in the cost which was very convenient and colour matching with F&B colours was perfect. The standard of work was exceptional and they went above and beyond, even stripping back decades of paint from our door plates! Our baby’s nursery is perfect, thank you very much 😊 We will definitely be using Fine Coats Ltd again.

Fine Coats Decorating have just completed a full house decorating job for me. The job entailed a range of jobs including painting of walls, ceilings, woodwork, radiators and wallpapering. Jack and Sam, and Josh, have worked in the property for a period of ten days, and it has been an absolute pleasure to have these gentlemen working for us. They came out to price for the job, discussing each room individually, and gave an extremely fair price. They were helpful and courteous, eager to please, and understood what was needed and what I wanted to achieve. They were excellent at suggesting ideas and solutions, but equally were realistic in advising when things might not work successfully and gave the reasons why. Their communication and reliability was absolutely first class, always keeping me informed of when they planned to arrive and keeping me informed about important points. They were absolutely brilliant to have working in the house and extremely respectful. These guys are really quite rare in today's world in the sense that they have a good old-fashioned work ethic in terms of getting on with the work. They don't try to cut corners to make their life easier, but understandably they don't want to just do something that they would be unhappy about putting their name to, so it is always worth listening to their advice. They will try to find a way to achieve a great outcome. I felt I could trust Jack and Sam immediately and could just leave them to get on with their work without me being in the way. This was the best thing to do because the result was a superb job. They will try to save the customer money if possible. For example, they will try to save on the amount of wallpaper used where possible but without compromising the job. Their work is excellent and they really will try their best to meet your requirements and achieve a fabulous job. They left a lovely clean house afterwards and all in all I cannot recommend them highly enough. Sam and Jack really care and take a pride in the work they do. They will most definitely be doing work again for me in the future.
