Robert and Mollybee's Furniture Artistry turns secondhand furniture into hand-painted, one-of-a-kind statement pieces. The family-owned studio is run by Robert and Molly Schlenkerman and is based inside RMB's Arts & Antiques on County Line Road in Spring Hill, the indoor marketplace the couple also owns.
Hand-painted and restored furniture
Every piece is treated as functional art. Robert and Molly source furniture from smoke-free homes and scrub each piece inside and out before any paint goes on, so the finish lasts. Some pieces get a full painted transformation; others are restored to their original wood. Their current inventory includes painted furniture and smaller home decor pieces, available in the store and through their online shop.
Custom commissions
Have a piece that needs new life, or just an idea for one? Robert and Mollybee's takes commissions, whether you bring in your own furniture to refinish or want something created from scratch to your vision.

Want to learn to do it yourself? The studio offers classes to build your skills, technique, and eye for furniture painting and finishing. Ask the store about the current class schedule.
