I was hit from behind on my rear bumper and i called the largest law firm in the United States as they advertise that on national tv. They accepted my case immediately. i had to do physical therapy and after the whiplash i needed 6 pillows in various positions to be able to get any sleep. I made all dr. appts. on time and did everything that I was advised by the law firm that represented me. I was told 3 or 4 times that they were acquiring the wal-mart camera video showing the driver that hit me ran a stop sign. This was an easy case, who runs a stop sign seperating the parking lots at wal-mart doing approximately 25 miles an hour and hits a car in the middle of my back bumper and caused severe whiplash?? Then the 2 lawyers that represented me ghosted me after approximately 6 months of attorneys and client working together, then suddenly ignoring all polite messages left when they wouldn't answer their phone nor return my calls. they would not even answer my 6 or 7 e-mails i left and finally after 6 months or so i received a reply that these 2 attorneys were not with the firm anymore and too much time had elapsed so the w-mart film was not retrievable anymore. I even made a physical trip to their office in Fort Myers and no one would talk to me, except the receptionist. You can't make this stuff up!! I called 4 more law firms and they all declined my case because the video of the incident was not available anymore. I stressed to the giant law firm how important the video was when this all started, it was the foundation of my entire case. My last try was to Goldstein Buckley,Cechman,Rice Purz, Smith and Smith! Truthfully I had almost given up but my case was accepted by their firm. i cannot say enough about Andrea Smith, Dianna Marin and Starla Dalila. This law firm did my case the old fashioned way, meeting face to face in private conference rooms and shaking hands looking you square in the face! Goldstein and Buckley returned evey phone call and if i requested a face time meeting, it was quickly achieved!!! So much time had gone by i did'nt expect much in compensation for my bodily injuries. I was patient and was competely dumfounded when the settlement came in and the case was over.Everyone I had contact with at the firm showed the utmost polite professionalism and any and all questions I had thru this whole stressfull ordeal were answered always on the same day that i contacted them. Versus The" largest" so called law firm in the United States, who wouldn't and never met me face to face, wouldn't return my phone calls or e-mails after 6 months of communicating with them and then they GHOSTED ME!!!! My Mom used to say"THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING" The truth, intelligence,honesty and proffesionalism is at Goldstein Buckley,Cechman,Rice Purz, Smith and Smith!! I strongly advise anyone who needs legal representation for bodily injury to call the right place the first call you make!! DON'T WASTE ANY TIME WITH THE SO CALLED BRAGGARTS WHO CONSTANTLY ADVERTISE ON NATIONAL TV THAT THEY ARE THE BIGGEST LAW FIRM IN THE UNITED STATES!!! I am close to 80 years old, and Here is my testimony and the proof is in the pudding!!!!!!!

I slipped my motorcycle on wet road paint and got seriously injured 😔😔Absolutely amazing lawyers!!! The office ladies are so nice and the lawyers are as amazing as expected!!! I absolutely fully recommend to use them !!!!
