Gosforth Homes recently built and fitted out a kitchen extension for us. The work was carried out in November and December when the weather was awful and the days were short. Despite this the team delivered the project on time and to the highest standard. The team were unbelievably hard working, totally reliable and always very pleasant and helpful. They clearly took great pride in the work they did. They listened to us, as the clients, and offered useful advice when needed. As a result the project was a great success and we are delighted with the final outcome. We have subsequently hired them to do additional work on the house and they will be our first call for any work in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a top quality building company.

After a recent single storey extension, including kitchen fitting we would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team at @Gosforthhomes, every single one of the lads has been fantastic and has helped turn our house into a beautiful family home. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to embark on a project - they kept us informed and reassured at every stage, helped find solutions when problems cropped up, delivered a great finish and were always friendly and up for a laugh as they did it. We are so delighted with all of it!!

After a significant renovation and extension rebuild, I cannot recommend Gosforth Homes enough. From the initial meetings to the end point of the project 7-8 months later, it was obvious that these guys truly care about delivering a high standard of work. Its in the very nature of a building project that it's going to be stressful. However the personable and friendly nature of the team and the adaptability of Andre in planning out various aspects of the project really limited the impact. I even found myself enjoying it at times! If you are at the planning stages of a project or renovation, head on over to their Instagram page where you can see their work for yourself. Being able to see other projects at each stage of construction as well as the end result reveals exactly the high standard you'll be getting if you do press forward.

I recently decided to replace all of the UPVC windows and doors in my home. A friend of mine had previously used Gosforth Homes for a window replacement and was very impressed with the quality of the work. As a result of this recommendation I contacted Mike who was excellent from start to finish. From the initial measurements, advice on choices available and timescale involved - Mike was open, friendly and honest. The job was started punctually - both Mike and Andre worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed on time and to a superb standard. All at an excellent price too. The end result is outstanding. Many thanks to Mike and Andre for their help - I would certainly recommend Gosforth Homes to anyone looking to replace windows and doors.

We wanted a useful space in place of our unused conservatory. It’s all about a great team effort at Gosforth homes! From the guys working each day on our project (Dan & Karul) to Michael & Andre coming around each day keeping us updated and informed on how the project was going and what was planned over the next few days. They were always quick to respond to any queries we may have either over the phone or through messenger. We were very happy with the quality of our Sun room extension and have no hesitation in recommending them for any building works.
