Grande Aire was excellent to work with on a high-end townhome remodel on Boca Grande. Their team was professional, responsive, and thoughtful in how they approached site-specific conditions, especially on a Gulf-exposed end unit where wind and performance really matter. When an unexpected issue came up, they took the time to evaluate the conditions, think it through, and recommend a solution rather than stopping at the original scope. That level of care and experience is exactly what you want when working on coastal homes. We have been using Grande Aire for six years, including their maintenance contract; installation of new system, and thermostat upgrade. They are prompt, courteous, and efficient. Recently Alex came to deal with a thermostat issue. could not have been a better experience

Had an a/c system not working. Called the company with whom I have a maintenance agreement. They diagnosed a faulty blower motor. Then said that the motor couldn't be separated from the housing (said they were "welded" together). Said repair would be $1300. Called later in the day and said they couldn't offer "warranty pricing" because the six year old unit was never registered with Carrier. So repair cost would be $3500. I said I should probably consider a new system instead. They came back out and gave quotes ranging from $12k to $18k. I said I needed to get a second look. Had heard good things about Grande Aire, so called them. They came out the next day. Great technician (Josh) confirmed the problem, but said "heck, we can get that motor separated from the housing, you don't need a new housing. And you don't need a new system". Two quotes -- $750 if they could get warranty pricing, $1150 if not. Motor came in the next day, repair done the following day. For the $1150. Not suggesting that $1150 isn't a very hefty repair bill, but much better than $3500 and much, much better than the cost of a new system. Josh, the tech, was awesome. Knowledgeable, personable, competent. Grande Aire will be my new maintenance company once my current contract runs out.

We had such a wonderful experience using Grande Aire Services for the replacement of our ductwork throughout our entire house. Robert Ring walked us through all our options and the result was better air flow and a cooler house. The price was competitive, the work was flawless and I highly recommend Robert and Grande Aire Services.
