The service that I have received at Greenville Spine Institute has been absolutely spectacular. Their approach is extremely detailed as well as individualized. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. They obviously care about my well-being even in my personal life. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs that personal touch mixed with professionalism. Kelly and Maranda are some of the sweetest most hard-working ladies that I have seen in this type of environment. Dr. Pelicano has been my Physician and I would not change that for anything. I could literally go on and on about how well I have been treated but I'll keep it short and sweet. I know that everything happens for a reason and there's a reason why God led me to them.

I came to Carolina Spine & Health on the recommendation of a coworker. I had reached a point of back pain that I could barely walk, lay down, or sit up. EVERY MOVEMENT SENT SHARP PAIN THRU MY LOW BACK. I initially visited their Easley location. Their staff was compassionate, professional, and got me mobile and working again within a few visits. The technology, equipment, and care that facilitated my recovery was excellent. I learned they have a “sister” location in Greenville that is conveniently close to where I live. I was able to move my care to the Poinsett Hwy location and found the staff, equipment, and care as exceptional as their Easley location. The Greenville team updated my recovery plan and have gotten me back to my regular, everyday activities. They have educated me on the importance of daily stretching to maintain my back health. I’ve purchased several items from them that facilitate my daily health. The back brace and gel ice packs have brought continuing support and relief for my daily, active routine. I am blessed and thankful to have found the Carolina Spine & Health Team! They have gotten me back to enjoying life again!

Dr. Lewis is amazing ! He is very thorough and provides the best advice and care for you! I was handled so good I will refer him to everyone I know. This was my first accident and I was nervous of visiting a chiropractor but he took all my anxiety away and answered all my concerns .

Absolutely love this chiropractor and their team! Every visit is upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely healing. The doctor is incredibly skilled, and I always walk out feeling better than I walked in. The staff is amazing—friendly, organized, and they make the whole experience effortless. Truly the best care around. Highly recommend!
