I hesitated to provide a review because I didn't want people to know about this gem of Naples. Gina and her instructors are top notch and the studio is small yet well-equipped, organized and clean. Gina is very knowledgeable about Pilates, of course, but also the human anatomy, so she's naturally very in tune with her students and unique requirements that might require modifications to simple through complex movements. She's very good at providing alternatives for all participants.
I have been doing Pilates for over 20 years. I moved to Florida a few years back and was recommended to GW Studios. So much about a studio is the instructors. Gina and Allie strike a nice balance of a hard workout, but not crippling. So you get a great work out, but don't feel left behind. I have now taken over 30 classes, I am over 65 and can without hesitation recommend GW Pilates for Beginners to Advanced.
Never ever the same thing twice. I love this studio and I’ve been going as a regular since 2019. I’ve been doing Pilates for 14 years and I can say Gina does a great class different every class. 🙌🏻
Love Gina and her classes. I've taken some Pilates classes in Europe before and they were nowhere near as fun, diverse and well-thought out. The classes are small (max 5 people), the instructor is constantly walking around and adjusting everyone's posture or exercise so all of us do it correctly. There's a constant flow to the class, with no odd breaks and I truly look forward to the days I have Pilates booked before heading into work. I hope they never move as I work a lot and my office is a few feet away from them. I'm signed up for life, that's for sure :D :)) A treat for myself.
I booked a class last week while visiting from out of town. Both Tricia and Gina were very welcoming. Love the vibe of this studio. Tricia is a great instructor! Felt much better after class than when I walked in. Will definitely visit again when I’m in town next.
