Kameron is amazing! Great customer service. Greeted my sister and I as soon as we walked into the store. Kameron gave us space to shop and great advice. Kameron also introduced us to Gina, who helped us design our couch. I plan to furnish the entire house with Haverty’s furniture thanks to Kameron and his outstanding customer service.
Our salesman Kameron instantly tuned in to our needs for comfort, quality, style, and price. He made us feel like our happiness was the most important part of our purchase and the best part of his day. His supervisor was very supportive and made sure we were able to get our delivery needs met and the young lady at the cashier counter was very patient and kind. We will definitely come back here for future home furnishings. Ten out of five stars all day long!
I went in before my wife and Kameron asked if I needed any help, I asked him to talk my wife out of purchasing new living room furniture. He completely failed. I knew the task would be daunting, but I had hoped for better results. We left after ordering some of the nicest furniture we have ever owned. Havertys selection is the best. So many options. Kameron was amazingly helpful (even if he didn't follow my request) but I have a very happy wife who is ecstatic with our furniture purchase. Kameron made the whole process too pleasant and easy. Thank you Kameron. I know we were a pain to work with, but I hope we made it worth your time.
Great Service and Products!! Dave emulated high customer service. He was patient, informative, and helpful. We bought a couch, chair and ottoman. And after discussing mattress options with him, we may be making another purchase will soon. Lastly, Lexi was also great. We were having trouble finding the right chair, but her commitment, patience and advice helped us find one. All around, everyone was friendly, and we look forward to our new furniture. What a great store in Greenville SC! So many different styles and prices, we had quite a time shopping throughout the huge store. Sales Associate Kim DeMersseman was fantastic and really helped to find the esthetic we invisioned. Designer Lexi Stroman built two beautiful rooms of our house using CAD program, that gave us the confidence with color and quality to make a big order. We were very happy with the results.
