I would just like to say a big THANK YOU,FA’AFETAI TELE LAVA and MAHALO to Hawaii Helping Hands for helping us this school year. The great customer service worker Mr.Ringo, you are so sweet, kind, helpful and friendly. I’m disabled and was looking for a way to help out my nieces and nephews with school supplies because there single mother is working and can’t afford to get them school supplies due to a lot of financial difficulties and everything just being so expensive and she’s trying her best to support her kids. But besides that, I just wanted to say we greatly appreciate your organization and your workers Hawaii Helping Hands. I know that the kids will love all the backpacks and school supplies donated by everyone and they will surely start of the school year with excited smiles☺️. Thank you, thank you, thank you💕.

Staff were super nice and helpful! We were able to donate mattresses, furniture, housewares, clothes, and toiletries. They helped us unload everything and gave us a receipt for tax purposes.

Well in my experience I went there yesterday to go pick up things and got nothing I really needed or nothing that would help me with my situation I'm in and being houseless main thing I needed was a generator or something to help me get some food in my stomach like simple diving gear but all I got was earphones and I have no power to charge it at all so really in all I went to get some help from helping hands for nothing also some of the people that was picking up to was feeling the same way because they had us right reasons for the things we need but did not get near anything I really need so I say it's not helping hands it's more like help there self 💯
