Haley was truly a god send in the wedding planning process. The day of went so smooth, and was everything I had ever dreamed it would be. I owe ALL of that to Haley (and Erin)!!!! I hired her for day of coordination, but she was amazing in the months leading up to the wedding. I was able to talk to her about my stressors, delegate vendor communication and tasks to her and also felt so supported the entire year and a half engagement. I also really enjoyed our planning portal and being able to have a central spot to communicate with her, track budget, upload contracts and bring my inspiration to life. She was a light on my wedding day, and I truly couldn’t have survived the day without her!! She is truly the best.

We had a wonderful experience working with Haley and her team! She struck the perfect balance of being supportive and helpful without ever overstepping, offering thoughtful suggestions and guidance when we needed help making decisions and carrying out our vision to perfection! Throughout the planning process, Haley helped keep us organized, especially through the planning software she used, which made it easy to stay on top of details. Having her involved ahead of time also made the day-of coordination run incredibly smoothly. On our wedding day, I can honestly say I felt zero stress. Haley and Erin worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran seamlessly and to step in and solve any issues that arose. Because of them, we were able to truly enjoy the day. I’m so grateful for all their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.

Haley was such a wonderful planner! I truly had no idea how much went into wedding planning and we were so glad to have her!!! :) Erin, who helped with the day of planning, was also incredible and SO sweet! The aisle planner website was super helpful as well. I highly recommend Hill & Co. Events! :)

If you are looking for an amazing wedding planning and/or coordinator, I HIGHLY recommend Haley at Hill & Co. Events. When I got engaged, I knew I wanted to plan most of my wedding, but still had so many questions and concerns about where to even begin. Our wedding venue required that we have a day of coordinator, so I knew I immediately had to hire somebody. When looking for a coordinator, Haley stood out to me the most. From what I could tell by her website is that she loves her job and truly cares for her clients. Let me just say, she absolutely does!!! Even though we hired her as a day of coordinator, she was with us throughout the entire planning process. If I had any questions, she was extremely responsive and helpful. It felt as if I had a big sister teaching and guiding me the entire way. She took the time to get to know me and my (now) husband. My mom also joined in for most of the meetings I had with Haley, so it was nice of Haley to let me include her. I knew that I could rely on Haley and had nothing to worry about when our big day arrived. Another thing I love about her service is the planning portal she had me use. This wedding planning website helped me out tremendously. I am a visual person, so having the website in front of me made the planning process straightforward and easy. It allowed me to check off everything I needed to get done, plan the seating chart, keep track of guests, upload a vision board, and most importantly, communicate with Haley efficiently. Haley also used this website for her own self as a guide and reference to our wedding needs. Without this, I would have felt more confused and lost during planning. My husband and I’s big day was nothing short of perfect. Haley tended to our needs from the start of our rehearsal the night before, all the way until our wedding day was over. She also had the sweetest assistant, Erin, to help out on our wedding day as well. I never once had to worry if things were going as planned. Haley and Erin allowed my husband and I to enjoy our special day without stressing about anything. They made sure we were following our timeline, if our guests and vendors were where they needed to be, if my husband and I had enough food to eat throughout the night, and made sure we were having the best day overall. My exact vision came to life thanks to Haley and Erin! If you are hesitant on whether or not you need a wedding coordinator, don’t be! Hill & Co. Events is the perfect team to hire for your special day. Thank you again Haley and Erin, for making Grant and I’s wedding day the best day of our lives. Also, thank you for making the planning process enjoyable, unforgettable, and stress-free! I could go on and on about how amazing Hill & Co. Events is, but I’ll stop here - THANK YOU!!

We are so glad we chose Haley Hill & Co for our wedding coordination. Haley relieved a lot of stress and was a huge help, which allowed me to fully enjoy my wedding and the days leading up. On the day of our wedding, we were able to be completely present and not have to worry about any minor details. She not only handled the logistical aspects perfectly, but she also was very enthusiastic and kind the entire time. She is extremely easy to talk to and really cared about ensuring our experience was great. It felt as if she was helping make sure our day was perfect but also celebrating us too. I highly recommend choosing Haley Hill to ensure you can be fully present and have an amazing time at your wedding!
