Today was my first aerial class. I am a beginner although I have had some yoga class experiences several years ago. I am a male in my late fifties and looking for enjoyable exercise to stretch my muscles and have a good safe workout. This was an amazing body experience, and I left feeling very rejuvenated. I say this very honestly. The instructor Patty taught an excellent class with obvious experience, knowledge, patience and care. The studio is impeccably clean and the team is very welcoming. Thank you Patty I look forward to next week. 5 stars!
Would not recommend this studio. It's a franchise. Speaking from experience, the owner does not treat employees well ): Invest in your local yoga studios - they are invested in your community! Love this studio in Old Naples. Wonderful instructors who provide thoughtful instruction. Studio is beautiful, clean and excellent location.

The owner of this studio does not deserve the support of this community. There are so many locally owned studios with honest and caring owners. Please think about supporting any other place besides this one.
