This is the most beautiful and well-appointed hotel I have ever stayed in. The property perfectly blends rustic lodge-inspired architecture with modern art and sophisticated design. Every detail throughout the hotel feels intentional, with tasteful touches and thoughtful decor at every turn. The associates throughout the hotel were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and their attentiveness made the experience feel even more special. Geoffry at the Front Desk checked us in, and was especially kind and lovely. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay, and his hospitality truly set the tone for the entire experience. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and immaculate… it looked as though it had never been occupied before. It was, without question, the cleanest hotel room I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The layout was both functional and easy to navigate, while the artistic design elements added warmth and character throughout the space. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view overlooking the river and falls, making the experience even more memorable. The hotel also offers a decent variety of dining options. While exploring the town, we overheard several groups of people enthusiastically discussing plans to meet for drinks at the lounge inside the hotel, which speaks to how popular and well-regarded the property is among both guests and locals alike. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Although we only stayed for one night during this visit, it left such an impression that I already want to return for a much longer stay in the future. This hotel is truly a destination in itself and an experience worth having beyond just a single night.

Our stay at Grand Bohemian Hotel Greenville was memorable for many reasons, but what truly stood out was the people. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt genuinely welcomed. The front desk team set the tone right away with warmth, professionalism, and the kind of hospitality that makes you instantly relax after a long day of travel. The valet team was exceptional. One of the gentlemen greeting us not only handled everything smoothly, but actually remembered my name — a small detail that made a big impression and showed the level of care they bring to their work. Later that evening, around 10 PM, my wife and daughter realized they had left their shoes in the car. We expected a delay that late at night, but instead we experienced the opposite. Lisa from valet absolutely went above and beyond. She moved quickly, stayed kind and upbeat, and treated our small “family emergency” like it truly mattered. Her attitude, hustle, and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful moment into one we’ll always remember positively. Beautiful hotel, incredible atmosphere, but it’s the staff — especially Lisa — who made this stay special. That level of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. We’ll absolutely be back.

I've traveled in 48 states in the US and stayed in hotels in 4 continents. This was without doubt the best. Everything and everyone was just perfect. We celebrated my wife's birthday and she was greeted by everyone I mean everyone who wished her happy birthday The food was outstanding. The manager, Austin, did everything to make our stay pool one that we would remember. My birthday wish in November is to return. Thank you all for an unforgettable time. The rooms are clean and well appointed. We had a king falls view which it really wasn't. 30% of our view was the roof overhang, looking straight down you could see a little Cascade. We ended up in this room because our original assigned room wasn't ready at 4:00. Receptionist told us our original room had a great view and she didn't want to move us. However, when I queried further about when our room would be ready (a vague 4:20ish) she then said she found a room (I assumed with a similar view, it was not) and moved me without asking if I wanted to sacrifice view. The valets and bellman were extremely friendly and helpful. Can't give a 5 star review to a hotel that doesn't have room ready when promised. Check-in took over 20 minutes (1 person in front of me on arrival) One other thing to keep in mind was tv only had 1 app, Chromecast, to video had to be managed by your phone and of course disconnected if phone left the room. You also have to go through a login prosses every time tv turned on. It would have beev nice to have Netflix, HBO, Hulu or something for direct streaming.

What an incredible experience and stay at the Grand Bohemian Lodge in Greenville! From the time you walk into the stunning lobby until our after dinner drink we are elated with the hospitality and quality. The atmosphere, food and drinks were perfect. Our room was beautiful, clean and luxe. Our dinner at Between The Trees was delicious and our after dinner drink with Hector at the lobby bar was perfect. This stay was everything we hoped for.
