I started attending classes at Indra a few weeks ago and I’m so glad I did! The Discovery Pass allowed me to try different classes and instructors, as well as get a sense for the studio schedule. Everyone is kind and the culture at Indra is relaxed and supportive. Instructors are always generous with suggestions for modifications and listening to your own body cues. You’ll never feel pushed beyond what works for you. Stretch & Restore is a wonderfully calming practice, Indra Light is great for a bit of a work out, and Yin is a wonderfully unique experience that you’d be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Highly recommended!
The best, most beautiful studio. Indra is top notch if you're looking for elite teachers, a clean and sacred practice space, and the cutest little boutique for all your apparel, adornments, and spiritual tools. No idols, no mirrors, no phones. A truly sacred space that honors the practice of yoga with heart. Highly recommend!!!
Aimee's Restore & Nidra class is a wondrous way to wind down on a Tuesday evening. My other favorite is Bethany's Indra Light class on Friday mornings. I try to check out all the different classes and yoga instructors -- although the hot yoga and fast-paced stuff is not for me! But if you're into that, you won't be disappointed.
This is an all around great studio with a variety of classes and instructors who all bring something different to the table. I have really enjoyed experiencing the classes and benefits that Vinyasa Yoga offers. I highly recommend checking them out you won't be disappointed.
A lovely yoga studio. I am just getting back to yoga after some health issues. This studio has multiple classes I can take now and more that I look forward to taking in the future as my skills and endurance improve. My instructor was encouraging without pushing, which made me feel so comfortable during my class. The studio is beautiful. The lighting and temperature were perfect, and the decor was pleasing. The studio also has a beautiful selection of clothing and gifts. I enjoyed my visit, so greatly I have signed up for classes twice a week. This studio was very easy to locate and has plenty of parking. I can't wait for my next class.
