My wife and I are very happy that we were able to meet Cynthia Crowder of Jeff Jones Real Estate. We traveled to Greenville, SC from Frederick, MD. Our first meeting in 2024, it was obvious from the beginning she knew real estate thru and thru. My wife became ill and we had to take a break from house hunting. Cynthia stayed in touch with both of us but checked on my wife periodically. We returned to Greenville on June 3, 2025. We met with Cynthia and she showed us several house and we decided to make an offer on a house. Cynthia is very knowledgeable of the Greenville area and the housing market. We have appreciated her so much. She was very patient with us and explained everything to make sure we understood. On top of all the lady has a tremendous attitude and even a funny side when she needed to use it. We are grateful to Cynthia for all she has done for us. We go to settlement on July 1, 2025.
