Overall, I had a positive experience with this company, with a few hiccups along the way that were ultimately handled well. There was an issue where the technician left before all the work was fully completed. That said, the company communicated afterward, came back the next day, and finished the job without charging me extra, which I appreciated. While the situation could have been handled more smoothly with proactive communication upfront, they were willing to correct it and make things right. Jessie, in particular, is a genuinely skilled carpenter. The work involved specialty woodwork, and while time constraints played a role, once he took the time to focus, the final result was excellent. This is the kind of work where what you are really paying for is experience, diagnosing issues, problem solving, and knowing how to execute properly, and Jessie absolutely has that skill set. I don’t think this company has a performance problem. From my experience, they have kind people, capable technicians, and a willingness to stand behind their work. If there’s an area for improvement, it’s rushing to meet constraints that may come from underestimating or underpricing certain specialty jobs. My advice would be— don’t undersell the scope of the work. As for homeowners, don’t be surprised if quality craftsmanship takes time and may cost a bit more. This company clearly doesn’t want to lose money unnecessarily, and more importantly, they don’t cut corners when given the chance to do the job right. They completed a variety of other miscellaneous repairs, including re-aligning three interior doors, fixing a door handle, replacing damaged lani screen, and remounting wire shelving in my bedroom. In the end, the work was done well, the issues were corrected, and I’d say this is a solid company that genuinely cares about doing right by their customers.

Leo and his partner are absolutely exceptional, professional, friendly and very fast. They provided excellent job of assembly of 3 pieces of furniture ( shelves and one big cabinet). These guys are spectacular. LEO IS THE MAN. Carlos, Mike, Pablo, and John are great crew as well. We weren’t sure where to start when we bought our first luxury $8.5M home in Naples- it needed a LOT of work and had not been maintained properly by the previous owners. Leo and the Lexxos guys made the remodel easy, they were clear- fast- and most importantly kept their word. They honored their estimates and our lining room, kitchen, and bathrooms came out AMAZING. My family was shocked at how beautiful my place looks when they visited last week. God bless Leo and Lexxos team ❤️👷‍♂️
