I’ve now had multiple frustrating experiences with this location. Most recently, I sent my son with a prepaid Apple trade-in package and QR code, only to have staff incorrectly tell him they couldn’t process the shipment because he wasn’t “on the account.” This was simply a prepaid return label that only needed to be scanned and accepted. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered misinformation and inconsistent service here. Customers should be able to rely on staff to understand basic shipping procedures. Very disappointing and a waste of time
Not sure if this store is under new ownership or new management. But it seems something has changed in the last year. The store is organized and well staffed. The staff is polite and provides great service in a timely manner.
We love Pak and Ship! My wife and I are in the store probably 4 times a week mailing, shipping, dropping off UPS AND FEDEX packages and theyareso nice and accommodating every time.
I never write reviews but Naylet. the general manager and this location, went far above my hopes and expectations tracking down a lost package. I would recommend this location for any of your shipping needs
Corey and the team here are the absolute best ! Corey led the effort to pickup, pack and coordinate the shipping of an extremely fragile, multi-piece, extremely heavy item on my behalf. Communication was excellent, they worked to a tight schedule, and I was amazed at how well each component was individually protected, packed, and boxed. They then consolidated all of the components, protected the lot, and coordinated the shipping across country. The shipment arrived in perfect order, safe, and ahead of schedule. This is without exageration the finest packing work I've ever seen, and the entire team were really great to deal with. Corey and his team were willing to take on a difficult shipping assignment that others declined, and they performed flawlessy. Thank you very much !
