We are new to Boca and Mario's was recommended to us. It is now our place to go to for Italian food! Every time we are in town we are sure to make it one of our dinner places. The atmosphere is very nice whether you're sitting inside or outside. Our server each time is Bilyana as we find her care and attention to us to be impeccable. We never have to ask for anything as she is so attentive. Attached are pictures of some of the dishes we've had: Baked spaghetti Bolognese, Eggplannt Parmigiana, Chicken Cutlet "Tailgate Style", Chicken Scarpiello, and Seafood Mario. All are very good!
Came here with my ladies group- 18 ladies. Was so impressed with the food & service. David & another young lady were our servers. They did such an outstanding job getting the orders out on time. In addition to that- the food was excellent. I usually don’t order pizza but their lunch specials were available on a Sunday- so I ordered pizza with grilled eggplant & a Caesar salad. I started with baked clams. OMG/ I cannot explain how delicious everything was. I had a take home bag- but seriously- finished everything when I got home- hubby helped with the pizza! Forgot to mention- they brought out amazing garlic rolls in the beginning- I could not say no- they smelled divine!!! My friend sitting next to me got the sausage & pasta with Sunday sauce! Another 2 meals for sure! Someone else ordered meatball sliders- they were humongous!!! When you come to Mario’s- you gotta come hungry!!’ You get A lot of food!!! Way too full for dessert! Next time- for sure- will be back! Thank you for your excellent hospitality!!!
Mario’s Osteria in Boca Raton delivered a memorable dining experience from start to finish. The snapper franchise was outstanding, full of flavor, and beautifully complemented by a side of spinach that balanced the dish nicely. We also had the tuna carpaccio, which was fresh, delicate, and expertly seasoned, setting a high bar right from the beginning of the meal. Dessert was just as impressive, with both the red velvet cake and the spumoni providing a sweet and satisfying finale. What truly elevated the evening, however, was the service. Our waiter, Eddie , was phenomenal—warm, professional, and exceptionally attentive without ever being intrusive. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the experience feel special.

Had an amazing first experience at this restaurant! We came here to celebrate my son’s graduation dinner, and it could not have been a better experience. The food was absolutely awesome — everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service was just as impressive, especially our server, Francois, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. Thank you for helping make such a special celebration memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
