I’m very impressed! These guys have repaired my freezer, stove, and dryer. They’re always prompt, considerate, fair, and knowledgeable. If you ever need appliance repair, these are the people to call.
When our oven stopped heating, they came out quickly and Charles did a great job diagnosing the problem. They had to order the part, so he told us we would have to wait until Monday for the repair. I got an unexpected call the next morning that if we were available today (Friday) they would go pick up the part and do our repair before the weekend. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
I was VERY impressed with Charles!!!! He was so personable, polite, efficient and more importantly, knowledgeable. He whipped thru all of the systems in my freezer and diagnosed the problem so effectively. Even though the price was sort of high I didn't mind paying it because I had confidence that when he was finished my refrigerator would be fixed. Give this man a raise!!!! He MORE than deserves it!!!
Company scheduled appointment promptly, stayed in touch with reminders and notifications. They let us know who and when to expect the repair person. Charlie was on time, friendly and capable. The required dishwasher part was here the next day and so was Charlie! We were very pleased with Mr. Appliance of Winter Haven and highy recommend them.
We had Charles come by this morning. He did an excellent job. He was on time, wore paper booties in the house and was super kind. We had a bad fan that was causing some areas to freeze and Charles replaced it so our frig is running great now. We'd hire Mr. Applicance again and definitely request Charles! The fan cost was about $200 but the total came to $523.24. I would suggest that the bill break out the materials vs labor charges. Our bill just said $523.24.
