Hi, I went to your nail salon last week on Saturday and I got shellac on my nails. On Sunday I had 2 nails peel off and I had 8 lift off the nail. This is unacceptable I have payed $30 for something that should last weeks but lasted not even 24 hours after getting them done. May I mention I rung them and they were apologetic. She said that I could come in and they would re do them. I asked for a refund and was told “no honey no refund” she then proceeded to hang up on me I wanted a refund because they would lift and peel again the day after. very very disrespectful and disgusted in the way this has been handled would not recommend.

hi! these were the first pic was my inspo, and the second was my results- and I loved them so much! the service is pretty good, the man that did my nails was nice, just one thing though, I asked to have builder-gel, but he gave me acrylic instead- this also happened with my friend a few months earlier, it’s not really that big of a deal, I just hope next time I get builder gel instead of acrylic!

Asked for a pedicure service and nails to be shorter and repainted. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for YEARS and each time that I get 1 specific female worker, I have to ask for certain things that are meant to come WITH a pedicure that the worker has not done. Simple things like “please file my nail into shape as they are crooked and you’re about to finish, you are currently painting them and only cut them back with a nail clipper”. The worker then files into shape AFTER painting and half the polish comes off. I get a certain look from her and an eye roll that makes me feel like I’m asking too much and I’m really not. I don’t ever get a foot massage, I look at other clients and see the workers being gentle and massaging and cleaning under the toenails, I don’t receive this, I assumed it comes standard?… I walk out every time with atleast 1 sore on a toe because the drill always cuts me and my toe nails are a different length. It’s really uncomfortable honestly and a waste of my money. $60 for literally something I could’ve done at home - seeing as all she did was cut them back and paint them…literally nothing else. I speak up and I ask for these things to please be done and I ask politely, I get a rush job and a look from the worker like she is fed up with me. Won’t be coming back - you’ve lost 7 years from a loyal client. I know this working isn’t the owner but honestly how disappointing as I know Tan has worked VERY hard to get where she is and this workers attitude and service is just disgusting.

I think this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting my nails done. Unhygienic. Poor job. I’ve been getting builder gel for many years now, usually seeing various nail artists across Melbourne, so I have a rough idea of the techniques/tools/equipment used. While in Bendigo for the week I thought I could try this team, and I’m very sorry that I did. I had one of the males serve me, he didn’t speak a single word to me my entire appointment. I asked for a colour, they didn’t have it in stock or any colour remotely similar. I seriously question his qualifications, I don’t believe he has any idea of the techniques, as he has made several errors. It is a rushed job. I asked to keep them long and somewhere between almond/oval, they are now short and square, I’m not happy. Two days it has been and the corners are tearing on my thumbs and two other fingers. Not to mention the place was filthy, with no hygiene precautions. All up, $50 I regret spending, I should’ve waited to be back home with a trusted establishment. And the thing with builder gel is now that they’re ruined, I will have to start all over again. I will say however, the owner is lovely, bubbly and seemed like she knew her stuff!! I wish I had her serving me.
