Nemeth Air is by far the best family owned company in the area!! Everyone in the company is a pleasure to work with. Shout out to Marta!! Plus, all of their technicians are fantastic! If you need a new AC or service, contact them!!
The personnel at Nemeth Air Conditioning are top notch whether doing AC maintenance, repairs, and installation. They are personable and professional. I have used then for my AC maintenance for 10 years, they installed a new unit 4 years ago, but yesterday (Nov 18), my AC won't come on. I called in the am and by afternoon my unit was working perfectly. Not only did the technician install a new capacitor, he checked the charge in the unit, etc. Thank you Nemeth Air Conditioning
Based upon the ad in my church bulletin at Church of the Resurrection, I urged my neighbor to use Nemeth Air for an new AC. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with in Fort Myers! My poor neighbor was in New Jersey and I watched her home and was present for install. The install appeared to go smoothly. Then the problems started and Nemeth did not repair the unit. It has been nothing but service call after service call and thousands of dollars! The owner avoided calls and decided to no longer service the unit. I would NEVER recommend this company and the property manager will not use them as well. Really disappointed in this company and lack of customer service and trying to pass the buck to Trane.
Nemeth installed a brand new air conditioning unit in our home a year ago. We've had three service calls within a year and I reached out to them on multiple occasions to try and resolve the problem. The recurring answer is "I'll get back to you" and unfortunately, I'm still waiting. Very disappointing. They had no problems cashing the check for the big installation, but once there's problems, they've been nowhere to be found. Buyer beware
My family has used Nemeth Air Conditioning multiple times over the last 10 years. Every time, including today, they have been professional, courteous, and efficient. Matthew was our tech and he diagnosed/fixed our problem right away. Nemeth Air will always be our first choice.
