I can’t thank Chris enough for the outstanding service I received. After being turned down elsewhere, I was starting to lose hope, but he made what felt impossible happen and successfully secured me a mortgage. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly efficient, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt reassured and well-informed. What truly amazed me was how fast everything came together — I was able to get my house within just 6 weeks, which is incredible. His dedication and hard work really made all the difference. Chris has been excellent and very patient throughout the process of applying for mortgages and getting us the best deal he could for my mortgage, was very patient as I was a first time buyer and wasn’t sure what I needed to have or do and he explained things very well and five best information he could to help me. Would highly recommend Chris to anyone who needs help and support with their mortgages or if first time buyer. Look forward to having Chris to help me in future when needed to remortgage again. I was working with Joe for my remortgage and a new mortgage for an onward purchase and he helped me every step of the way. Was always at the other end of the phone for any advice I needed and explained the entire process brilliantly. I was given Joseph's details from a colleague who he'd recently helped, and I am so happy I contacted him. I needed a right to buy mortgage on a part time wage and he didn't disappoint.
