Kingston nachos are exactly what they say they are. Added a side of their shrimp just to try it (almost didn't), and I'm sooo glad that I did! Not even joking, it was probably the best shrimp I've ever had. So happy with the spontaneous choice to eat dinner from here. Cherry on top was the bomb service, too.
Got the hawaiian BarBQ chicken tacos. They were wonderful. Highly recommend.
This company canm to my job today and my order was 14.56,they later it seemed they added themselves a tip and the order totaled 16.02,I only had a medium rice bowl . After contacting them they have agreed to a refund it seems the tip was added in error.they refunded the whole order.
What can I say except delish? Well... I could say the tacos knocked my socks off, but instead I'll say that if I was to find a genie in a bottle, I would use my first wish to grant myself a bottomless stomach so that I could cram fistfuls of tacos in an endless cycle. Yes, that delish. The chicken is finely shredded, which is quite a bit different than other tacos that have sliced/chunked chicken. Even if the chicken is overcooked, I don't think I would've been able to tell because of how it's prepped/cooked. Flavors are great. Bold. Lots of texture as well with different elements thrown in to add crunch. If you have an opportunity to eat at this food truck then don't miss it!
Flavor explosion, I have never had a bad meal. Thankfully my wife and I both get something different so I don't have to have just one thing when we eat there. Fresh ingredients and scratch made sauces make for brilliant food, great for lunch or dinner and they do catering so they have you covered for all your meals. Don't let the truck part fool you, they would be a top restaurant if they chose to set up in a building.
