This man is called Paul Brookes who owns a company called PB Groundworks in Newcastle. He has done some work for my mum and dad on their house in walkerdene and then took extra money from them to buy new patio doors and hasn't bought the doors, hasn't completed the work or give them the money back! My mum and dad have messaged him multiple times with him not replying for days then he would reply with an excuse. The last excuse was that he had the doors at his house and he was going to bring them round and complete the work but guess what, he hasn't! This has caused my mum and dad alot of stress and worry at a time in retirement where they shpuld be relaxing. It's not just a hundred pounds he has taken its a four figure sum of money that he has taken so if he comes round to your door or your house to give you a quote, don't allow him any of your time. DO NOT GIVE HIM OR HIS COMPANY ANY MONEY AS YOU WONT GET IT BACK
