I've been going here for around 6 years, and the whole environment of the gym is great. Clean equipment and bathrooms, excellent staff, and friendly trainers all contribute to the good vibes. There is also lots of new equipment and machines coming in, which will add a refreshing feel to the place. Overall, a great community of people goes to this gym, and I highly recommend. -Nick
I got a day pass recently and it’s the only gym with only 2 benches and 1 pec deck machine. The seat on it is also always shaking and the handles on it are broken. The weights were very disorganized and I had to go on a treasure quest to find the plate I need. There is also only one leg press machine which is crazy. Lastly, the bathrooms smell like a decomposing body and the air is heavy and humid. I think ac is banned in the gym it was hot as hell.

Well I have to say this is the Best Gym in town. The staff is so awesome and encouraging. My husband and I decided to make some life changing decisions concerning health and wellness and teamed up with a personal trainer There Monique. She is awesome, she kicks our butt every workout but we love it. Stay tuned because this Is a work in progress. ❤️💪💪💪💪💪❤️
This place is awesome! They have all the equipment needed to get an effective workout. I’m away from my hometown on business and they gave me a week long pass which was perfect for me. Justin was especially helpful and they all were very welcoming. Great place to make your home gym or if you need a layover like me, check them out. Thanks again for making me feel welcome!
