Very unprofessional! I attempted to call for 2 weeks straight from 8:30-4 without being able to contact anyone to schedule an appointment after my hospital visit. When I did get an appointment the nurse was so frustrated with the office itself she expressed it to me. I got an MRI referral and got my results. I’m having to wait 6 weeks to get in for my follow up from my MRI to discuss treatment. In the meantime I wanted to ask questions about the finding and my future treatment although have not received a response or call back and it had been 3 days since I sent messages and requested a call back. When I called to speak to someone again today I was told the doctors are not always in office and my doctor isn’t in so they don’t know when I will hear back. UNACCEPTABLE
This office opens at 8 am and I’ve tried calling them to make an appointment and they keep hanging up. Maybe a good office but the service on the phone is terrible. Do better.
I scheduled a 6 month follow up appointment for Nov 14th. My appointment was canceled out of nowhere and they can't get me in for another month. They provided no warning. I live an hour away and this lack of notice is unacceptable. The lack of ability to accommodate me due to their mistake is concerning.
I can't say enough about how much I like coming here. I've never been treated as a patient, but I've brought others here and have only dealt with the office staff. And they are remarkable. Cat and George go way beyond what I would expect or have experienced in most other medical facilities. They have provided much needed help in scheduling, ordering prescriptions, verifying insurance coverage, and contacting previous medical providers for information to assist the people I bring in. They are clearly looking out for what is best for the patients.
Would not give me my mental health meds without getting on birth control. MY BODY MY CHOICE. Walked out of their with no meds what a waste.
