Urgent care was located very close to home which was great. The facility was very clean, and the employee at check-in was efficient & pleasant. I was a walk-in was there maybe an hour. The medical staff was wonderful! They were efficient, friendly, understanding of my injury & personable. There was plenty of parking. I highly recommend this Urgent care facility.

I had an outstanding experience at Urgent Care! From the moment I made the phone inquiry to walking in, the entire process was seamless with no wait time at all. The staff was incredibly attentive and diagnosed my condition accurately, reassuring me that I didn’t have a virus but rather that my MAC lung disease was flaring up. They took the time to ensure I received the right antibiotics by coordinating with my primary doctor. After he was informed of my visit, he promptly prescribed the necessary medication. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with urgent care. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention!

We took my daughter to the urgent care here and they did wonderful! The nurse we had came in and was very sweet to her and had great patience. The doctor checked out our daughter and she eased our concerns very quickly and thoroughly. Everyone was super sweet and efficient. Definitely taking my daughter here again if needed.

I went on the recommendation of a friend. She was exactly right I went to the best urgent care. The woman behind the desk was very professional and kind. The low lighting in the waiting area was relaxing and calming. The nurse knew her stuff and was helpful, and the NP I saw was excellent. She listened well and was easy to understand. After x-rays from the radiology expert the NP discovered a good thing about my situation and was pleased to share the news. She gave me the guidance I needed for improving my messed up back from a bad fall. I Highly recommend Prisma Urgent Care on Verdae and I am picky about where I go for medical problems. The best one I have ever been to and I want others to experience good medical care.

Check in ladies were fast and efficient. Nurse can into room quickly and checked on me and check my blood pressure and heart rate and asked me questions about my visit. After that the Doctor Christina Bertolami came an started cleaning the cut on my hand to stop the bleeding. She was successful and then she explained what I should care for cut areas after I got back home. She was very good and pleasant. Wonderful bed side manners. Bill
