Better than the Winn Dixie down the street. Friendly workers. Produce department could use more variety. Bakery could offer really fresh hard rolls, plain, poppy seed, etc. Nice wine selection and some pretty good prices. Boarshead at deli 😄 where the workers actually cut it very thin when you ask them to. Really appreciate that. Parking lot is chaos, crowded with small spaces. Best to enter from the side street rather than North Collier.
Missing half of my order for pickup. I would not be so aggravated if it were just a few items. Missing Easter baskets for tomorrow to give to my kids. I was supposed to have 3 in the order and only received 2... that would have been nice to communicate.
It's a grocery store. It was fine. I took one star away because the entrance is a trap for people to stop and not much room to get around people.
The Deli was awful. The lady had a language barrier and couldn’t understand what I was asking for on a sub, grabbed the wrong condiments, toppings, and didn’t have everything available while making the sub. I paid $40 for two subs with nearly all lettuce. The service was absolutely awful. The people are rude and miserable. Do NOT come here.
The lady at checkout barely spoke English, which no problem., but explain why you thought my $ was counterfeit instead of walking away from register! And it wasn't counterfeit, but she made sure to pull out all the other $ to check it, making the line pile up and making a scene!
