What an amazing place! Let me start by giving a huge shout out for the amazing waiter who served us. I didn't catch his name, but he's Austrian and pronounced zweigelt perfectly! My cousin was joining me from Melbourne and his flight was delayed, and the staff al accommodated us by delaying service as late as possible, so a huge huge thank you to all the staff!! I arrived early, and so was lucky to be able to do wine tasting before lunch. Unfortunately, someone had booked the table with the best view (and ended up not using it). There are 3 levels of wine tasting, and it's in the lobby directly in front of the restaurant entrance, so it's very convenient to move from there into the restaurant for lunch. The food in the restaurant was nothing short of amazing. In particular, I found the entree the most impressive, followed by the dessert. We didn't get to try a few other specials they had like kangaroo skewers and smoked duck fettuccine, but they certainly had a few extra offerings on top of their menu, which I was told can change daily The ambience is befitting a hatted restaurant. Being late on a Friday, we felt like we had the whole restaurant and staff all to ourselves. I couldn't resist bringing my cousin and his wife back the next day for more wine tasting. I enjoyed the vintage cuvee as well, but overall still felt the NV cuvee was my favourite. The zweigelt was worth trying, but is a bit of an acquired taste Thank you again for 2 lovely visits!

Beautifully presented food and a lovely setting. The large modern dining room was a little noisy and slightly chilly, and portions were on the smaller side. We each chose a two-course menu and shared the entrée and dessert. The wagyu beef was tasty, though some of the accompanying elements overshadowed it. The beef short rib was the standout—much better than the pork special which was tender but needed something more (and not a fan of kale). The crémeux dessert was delicious, with an interesting use of fresh plum instead of cooked. The warm bread was delicious but felt overpriced at $1 per slice. Service was great, and the grounds are beautiful. We also enjoyed the rosé sparkling and pinot. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

Such a fun, memorable visit — we had an absolute blast here. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and genuinely friendly — Tom in particular was fantastic and made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. We opted for wine pairings with our meal, and it was a great choice. Everything felt thoughtful without being overdone. We shared a mix of dishes — local fish, wagyu, sashimi, crispy potatoes, and mushrooms — and each paired beautifully with the wines. The food was fresh, well executed, and balanced, letting the ingredients (and the wine) shine without trying too hard. Great wine, great energy, and a setting that invites you to linger. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

A friend and I came for lunch recently and we had the best time! The landscaping is beautifully done and the views are lovely and serene. We both choice three items from the menu and absolutely cleaned all of our plates. I had the market fish of the day and it was delicious. I’m not always a big fan of wine, but all the wines I had were delightful and wish they sold them in US where I live. I’m gluten free and they accommodated all my needs and answered all my questions. It’s the perfect place for a lunch out, a baby shower or would be a gorgeous place for a wedding.

INCREDIBLE! WOW the food here - perfect with no notes. So so delicious and our waitress was lovely and very accomodating considering we were on a time crunch to catch a flight.
