If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a Groupon for a private class and was also interested in wedding dance classes. I emailed 3 times, called multiple times and left messages, one call was answered and I was told I would get a call the next day which NEVER happened. I drove there during business hours after verifying they were open on their website and Google Maps and the doors were locked. At this point I just want my Groupon money back I spent on this place.

Rhythm and Motion was advertised as a salsa night, but it is actually a dance studio environment rather than a true social salsa event. Most of the dancing appeared to be choreographed routines instead of authentic social salsa. There was very little emphasis on musicality, rhythm, or connection to the music. Even the instructors seemed focused on complex spins and acrobatic movements rather than genuine salsa fundamentals and flow. The overall style felt more like staged choreography than social dancing. Many dancers prioritized excessive turns and technical patterns instead of interpreting or feeling the music. The DJ performance was also disappointing. The music selection and flow did not create an engaging salsa atmosphere. There is a $20 entrance fee, which includes snacks. However, the snacks were minimal and low quality, consisting mainly of chips and plain ground beef with little seasoning. If you are looking for a traditional salsa social with strong musicality and an authentic dance experience, this venue may not meet your expectations.

We are so grateful for Rhythm In Motion, especially to Madison for helping make our wedding dances unforgettable! From our very first lesson, she was fun, attentive, and incredibly supportive. She worked with us on our first dance, as well as the father-daughter and mother-son dances—and made each one feel personal and special. She truly worked magic teaching my husband how to dance! What I expected to feel awkward ended up being one of the most fun parts of our wedding prep. Madison made us feel completely at ease and helped us find a rhythm that worked naturally for us—especially with our height difference, which we had initially been nervous about. We also joined Madison’s country dance lessons in July after the wedding and had an absolute blast! It was such a fun way to keep enjoying dancing together and continue learning new moves in a relaxed and upbeat setting. Her guidance gave us the confidence to enjoy every moment on the dance floor. We can't thank her enough and highly recommend her to any couple looking for a warm, talented, and engaging instructor!

Great dance space, I took belly dance with Sherry, she's an amazing teacher and it's a friendly environment. Dance parties are fun and festive. The team is great and I can't say enough good things about this studio!
