We had a phenomenal experience so far with Solar Max. After years of people coming to our door, I decided to contact Solar Max since they were a local family owned company. Our sales person was Mike Mohr, who worked around our busy schedule and came to our house after our work day to go over all the details of solar since we were just starting the process. He educated us and took the time to explain everything in a way that we were able to understand. Mike talked about how we could save some money by upgrading our hot water heater to a hybrid, and he worked that into the project. He was very understanding and personable, which helped as we have two toddlers who were running around and interrupting our meeting with him. As soon as we signed the contract, they went right to work to get the permit from the city of Pinellas Park, and installed the water heater immediately. The permit was approved in under 2 weeks, and they scheduled install for a few days later. The install team was phenomenal and respectful of our property. They cleaned up throughout the install and at the end of the day you never knew they were there. The panels started producing power immediately and we love our Tesla Powerwall 3 for battery backup. We are only waiting for the final inspection and Duke to change the meter for net metering. If you are even thinking about Solar, contact Mike! I cannot recommend him enough. Stop wasting your money with Duke Energy and start generating your own power and have the peace of mind of having power during any outages. They need 10 stars! I was very skeptical about getting solar, but I decided to listen to a presentation. The reps from Solar Max answered every question I threw at them, and I had a lot. I even texted more the next day. They were very patient with me . During the install day the electrician was fabulous! He went above and beyond. The owner Justin is very involved. He answers calls and treats his customers like they are his only customer. He has been a God send. The solar panels work just like they said they would. I need a new roof so Solar Max will be uninstalling and reinstalling the panels. Thank you Solar Max!!

Everyone we have dealt with at solar max has been exceptional! The install for the roof and solar went very smooth with no issues and it looks amazing!
