My experience with SPENGA (Naples location) was extremely frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out. I purchased an 8-week package and immediately afterward found out I was pregnant and classified as high-risk, making it medically unsafe for me to participate. At the time, I was told I could use the package after my pregnancy, which is why I didn’t pursue a refund. When I later reached out, I was told there was no record of that accommodation and that refunds were not being offered—despite the package being completely unused and my situation being medically necessary. After multiple follow-ups, I was told I could receive a refund if I provided documentation. I submitted hospital discharge paperwork right away, and then heard nothing back for weeks, even after emailing multiple times for an update. Eventually, I was told the delay was due to internal circumstances and that my request had to go through billing because the purchase was over a year old—something that was never communicated earlier. The General Manager even stated I would receive my refund by end of day and I have yet to receive it. While I understand that policies and unexpected situations come up, the lack of communication, constantly changing requirements, and overall disorganization made this a very disappointing experience. What should have been a straightforward, medically justified request turned into weeks of chasing responses. I would not expect this level of service when dealing with something so simple and legitimate
If your looking for an AMAZING WERKOUT and want to improve your overall health & wellness than look NO FURTHER! I've been a member since they opened 2yrs ago and every time I attend a class, it NEVER disappoints. ALL of the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and inspiring. It is a GREAT Gym to consider if you want consistency, cleanliness, and to be challenged with your WERKOUT. GO CHECK THEM OUT, you WONT be disappointed.
Highly recommend you try SPENGA. I’ve already seen significant results and changes in my own body. The whole staff is welcoming, especially Dwayne. All of the trainers are very professional and motivating. Love this place!
Great workouts at SPENGA. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of potential for personal growth. Lots of class times to choose from, so it fits in no matter what my schedule is.
SPENGA is so much fun and a good workout for you and a friend or family member. Niki is one of the best instructors and my personal favorite. I’m so glad to be apart of the SPENGA family!
