Miguel and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt confident every step of the way. The salesman John is amazing. The installers were very nice they were here on time they cleaned up real good and explained everything to me. They did have a little accident. One of the guys put his foot through the attic into the garage. They are supposed to come today to repair it.

We have been installing solar since 2023, and it has been a very good experience for us. We have never had any issues; we always get credit from Duke to cover at least 6 months, and if we have to pay, it's never more than $40. I would recommend it, but be specific about what you ask for because the number of panels matters.

Great experience from sales to installation. Armondo was great, extremely knowledgable and stays on top of everything. Phil is also very knowledgable and patient while explaining the app and procedures. Highly Recommend.

The proces of having the panels was very fast they were installed the same day what is or wS very frustrating was all the red tape to many documents to be signed an on top of that evry thing was don thru the phone that to a yonger generation is easyer but for me that im an older person is harderi can barly undetstand this phone inmy time we had only beepersbut im quite satisfied and I must mention the sales rep Bianca maracara what a great lady she's very kind courteous and respectful and was very patient with me she helped me a lot great lady to work with she does a very good job of representing the company I must have been driving her crazy but in the end it all worked out very well thanks to her patience and her very informative nature I just wish all the paperwork process was a little shorter5 ***** stars for the company and 6******stars for Bianca maracara well I hope my electric bills go down now and hope Duke energy comes soon for the last part of the process ich is the field inspection and the reprogramming of my electricity meter
